Watch Georgiana Uhlyarik on Kathleen Munn

In this ACI talk, Uhlyarik speaks about one of Canada’s most important, but little known, female artists.

For the first installment of our ongoing lecture series, we were honoured to have the Art Gallery of Ontario’s Georgiana Uhlyarik speak on the importance of Toronto’s Kathleen Munn, an artist whose innovative work has unfairly escaped reverence in the North American canon. Munn’s constant reinvention was constant point of intrigue to Uhlyarik and a central theme to the lecture. Please enjoy the video below and download the ACI’s Kathleen Munn: Life and Work by Uhlyarik here.
