Watch Gerta Moray on Harold Town

In this ACI talk, Moray discusses Town’s wildly provocative and patriotic art practice

Gerta Moray, Professor Emerita, University of Guelph, and author of the ACI Online Art Book on Harold Town, tells us about this prolific artist’s distinct contribution to the Canadian Abstract Expressionist: “When I began teaching modern Canadian art history in the 1980s, Town’s work presented a puzzle.
