While many figures in the Canadian art world have received recognition in their lifetime, virtually none have been offered an opportunity to tell their personal stories in an accessible audio and visual format. Created by the Art Canada Institute, The Living Histories Project fills this gap. The multimedia series plans to capture the stories of the following influencers and icons in the Canadian art world so that contemporary audiences and future generations have access to valuable information about these key individuals and the vital roles they have played.
